Amanda Aguiar is the Chief of Staff for Dakia Global Enterprise. Currently, Amanda’s responsibilities include working alongside the CEO in his daily needs over the company’s global operations, strategic initiatives, and execution as well as in a more autonomous role over special projects, human resources, and corporate operations. She works closely with executives and management to communicate the corporate vision and help run business cadence and strategic projects throughout the entire eco-system.

Amanda joined Dakia in 2016 where she worked closely alongside executives to curate the branding, strategy, business development, PR, media and global launch activities for a premiere concept supercar during the 2017 Geneva Motor Show in partnership with a Formula 1 Champion and best in class Italian Design and German Engineering.

Amanda has over 15 years of experience in areas of Relationship Management, Operations, Business Development, Business Strategy, Streamlining Organizational and Communication processes, areas of Human Resources and working closely with executive management, all while influencing positive culture throughout the organizations she has served.

Prior to Dakia, Amanda worked for Wells Fargo where she developed and managed client-relationships within commercial banking. Previous to banking, Amanda was a top performer for one of the largest information management companies globally, providing enterprise solutions across multiple industries including: Technology, Legal, Finance, Hospitality & Real Estate. She worked closely with C-Level Executives to improve departmental efficiencies, mitigate risk while increasing profitability. Amanda studied Business Administration from the University of South Florida and started her career with a leading National Finance & Accounting recruitment firm where she had a specialized focus working with her client’s executive leadership to identify gaps in human capital and provide resources to fulfill the company’s needs and accomplish corporate goals.

Amanda serves as the board secretary across the Dakia eco-system and an active member of the Dakia Foundation and it’s IGO initiatives. She is passionate about volunteering and active across multiple local charities.
