Robert Lavia is a dynamic global business executive and entrepreneurial trailblazer. Establishing Dakia Global Enterprise in 2015, he made a commitment to high-yield social impact investments and sustainable development. Serving as Chairman, he drives the direction of Dakia Global and its operational arms, U-Ventures and Dakia Energy. U-Ventures is an avid supporter of innovative startups in the entertainment industry. A notable subsidiary, Dakia Entertainment Hospitality, formed a strategic partnership with Universal Music Group with a shared aim to revolutionize hospitality, lifestyle clubs, live entertainment, and retail through cutting-edge, sustainable technology.

Passionate about the environmental and sustainability, Robert is a founder and substantial shareholder of Alder Renewables, managed through Dakia Energy. Alder Renewables develops carbon-negative energy solutions, utilizing a vast resource of biomass. Robert not only serves on the Board of Alder Renewables but also leads as the chair of the Strategy Committee. Alder collaborates with industry giants like Honeywell, United Airlines, and Rolls Royce to pioneer a unique technology, Alder Green Crude. This product holds tremendous potential for diverse applications, including sustainable aviation fuel, maritime logistics, and biochemicals.

Prior to founding Dakia Global, Robert served as Chief Investment Officer at Veremonte from 2011 to 2015. He successfully led high-impact projects worth over US$5 billion, spanning diverse industries such as real estate, agriculture, energy, entertainment, government, retail, and manufacturing. His most remarkable accomplishment was spearheading the ambitious Barcelona World initiative. Robert's entrepreneurial journey began with creating unique hospitality platforms in Central and South America, uniting private equity firms, international developers, and governments. He collaborated with renowned brands like Hyatt, Marriott, Ritz, Wyndham, Occidental, and Accor.
